The Regenerative Community Organism (RCO) is a novel structure for incorporating companies – developed by Innrwrks over the course of more than three years.
We believe corporations play an important role in creating our future society. We also believe corporations have the potential to be regenerative and create conditions conducive to life.

Nordic Ark is resilient leadership training program for those who feel called to care for something deeper than just efficiency and profit, and wish to lead with more clarity, courage, and purpose.

How can we unlock innovation of enabling material technologies?
E3IC is inspired by <a href="https://wp.innerworks.io/cases/rco/">the RCO</a> to reimagine multi-stakeholder innovation.
We need new materials to fuel the sustainable, circular and regenerative transition. Innovation in materials face three distinct risks: market risk, technology risk and scale up risk that current innovation models struggle to address.
E3IC&#8217;s process leverages mission focus orienting projects towards maximum velocity towards sustainable return on assets through a roboust process of de-risking. Innrwrks is working in a context of global manufacturers, brands and startups to reinvent innovation.

How can we co-explore and co-create the future?
World of Wisdom launched in 2020 as a network of co-created offline and online gatherings for exploring a better future for ourselves and the world. Built on 10 guiding principles, it welcomed individuals and organisations to co-explore what the future could be. The main event in 2020 had about 700 participants from 30+ countries. It gathered scientists, artists, entrepreneurs, creatives, coaches, facilitators and representatives from Patagonia, Tesla, The Absolut Company and others. It has since transformed into a podcast series.

How can we navigate business complexity or chaos?
 The ÖP Framework is a complexity navigation tool for people and organisations – developed by Amit Paul (Innrwrks) and Helena Önneby. It can be applied to both sense-making and strategy work in order to deepen organisational self awareness and provide guidance for navigating complexity and uncertainty.
